One of my all time favorite treats is raw cookie dough! I love this recipe because it combines my favorite treat into a high protein, dairy and gluten free dessert! The Ninja Creami, has been a game-changer appliance in my kitchen in making ice creams, gelatos, and sorbets. Today, we’re diving into the world of cookie dough-flavored frozen desserts made with the Ninja Creami.

Why the Ninja Creami?

Unlike traditional ice cream makers that require hours of churning and freezing, the Ninja Creami transforms frozen bases into luxurious, creamy desserts in minutes. With its powerful blade and customizable settings, you can control the texture and mix-ins, ensuring each bite is bursting with cookie dough goodness.

The Ultimate Cookie Dough Creami Recipe

Ready to whip up a batch of this decadent delight? Here’s what you’ll need:

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups dairy free milk (I prefer Malks Oat Milk)
  • 1-2 Tbsp Cookie Butter Creamer (I use Nutpod)
  • 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder (I love Earth Chimps protein powders)
  • 1 tsp sugar free vanilla pudding powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Edible cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Base: In your pint, mix together the milk, creamer, pudding powder, protein powder, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  2. Freeze the Base: Freeze for at least 12 to 24 hours or until solid.
  3. Spin to Perfection: Remove the frozen base from the freezer and place it on the counter to thaw for about 15 minutes. If the top is uneven scrap off the hill until it is flat. Place pint into the Ninja Creami machine. Use the “Light Ice Cream” or “Smoothie Bowl” setting and let it churn into a smooth and creamy texture.
  4. Mix in the Cookie Dough: Once blended, create a small well in the center and add the edible cookie dough chunks and mini chocolate chips if using. Use the “Mix-In” setting to incorporate these tasty bits. Top off with more cookie dough bites or chocolate chips.
  5. Enjoy! Scoop into a bowl or cone and savor the ultimate cookie dough ice cream experience.

Customization Tips

  • Extra Crunch: Add crushed cookies, chocolate chips or nuts for additional texture.
  • Milk alternatives: This recipe works for almost any type of milk you would like. If using a nut based milk you may need to adjust the amount of pudding powder you put in as it might contain more water.

The Ninja Creami makes it easier than ever to craft homemade frozen desserts tailored to your taste. Whether you’re a cookie dough connoisseur or just looking for a fun new way to enjoy ice cream, this recipe is a must-try. So grab your ingredients, fire up the Creami, and let the indulgence begin!
