Mahi-mahi, a firm and flaky white fish, is the star of this dish. Its mild flavor pairs beautifully with the smoky, spicy seasoning used in blackening. Plus, mahi is packed with protein and omega-3s, making it a healthy option for seafood lovers.

Combine the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, ground oregano, cayenne, salt and pepper in a small dish. Set aside.
Slice your Mahi fillets longitudinally. For each fillet, I was able to get 4 slices in. Drizzle some olive oil or avocado oil over your fillets (about 1/2 tbsp). Then sprinkle over you blackening seasoning. Message the fillet pieces until completely covered in the seasoning.
Preheat your air fryer to 375. Lay out your sliced mahi fillets on either a air fryer silecon basket or foil. Cook for about 4-5 minutes, flipping the fillets half way.
Heat your corn tortillas on the stove top for 10-20 seconds on both sides over low heat. Add fish fillet, slaw, mango pico, and top of with some delicious homemade guacamole!
