This BANANA BREAD is a fan favorite in my house and will be yours too with this recipe!

INGREDIENTS:
3 ripe bananas (1 extra if you want to add one on top of the loaf)
1/2c coconut sugar
1/3c unsweetened applesauce
1/4c avocado sauce
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1.5c gluten free flour (i use @kingarthurbaking )
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg

INGREDIENTS:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
In a small mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth. Set aside.
In a stand mixer or large mixing bowl, mix applesauce, oil, sugar, until well combined. Then add in your mashed banana, egg, and vanilla extract until combined.
Add the baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and half the flour into the bowl. Mix slowly to prevent over mixing.
Gradually add the remaining flour to the bowl. Mix slowly.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Add your extra banana on top.
Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Slice and enjoy!

🚨WARNING: Once you make this Honey
Garlic Shrimp, you’ll never order takeout again!

INGREDIENTS:
- 1lb large peeled deveined shrimp
- 8oz @amylufoods sausage
- 1 head of broccoli
- 1 red pepper
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1/4c soy sauce
- 1-2 tablespoon olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced sausage and cook until it starts to brown and become slightly crispy. Remove the sausage from the skillet and set it aside
2.Add the broccoli florets. Cook until the broccoli is bright green. Remove the broccoli from the skillet and set it aside with the sausage.
3.In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook until they are pink. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
4.Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in the honey, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes (if using). Let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens slightly and becomes glossy.
5.Return the cooked sausage, broccoli, and shrimp to the skillet, tossing everything together until well coated with the honey garlic sauce.

high protein TERIYAKI SALMON BOWLS

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 1 carrot
- 1/2c pineapple (diced)
- 1/3c low sodium teriyaki sauce
- green onion (for garnish)
- EVOO
- salt & pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat your oven to 425F
Lightly drizzle EVOO on the salmon fillets. Season with salt and pepper. Place salmon fillets on separate tin foil sheets. Set aside.
Chop up bell pepper, zucchini, carrots, and pineapple. Evenly distribute vegetables on each salmon fillet.
Pour 1/3c of teriyaki sauce over the salmon fillets. To make sure everything is covered in the sauce, mix the toppings around with your hands.
Seal up tin foil and place fillets in oven. Bake for 12-15mins or until the salmon starts flaking and the veggies have softened.
Pair with rice, quinoa, or fresh kale. Garnish with green onion.
Enjoy!!

high protein cookie dough creami! (whole pint 220 cal/22g protein)

INGREDIENTS
1.5c of non dairy milk of choice
2 scoops of @earthchimp
1 tsp vanilla pudding powder
1 tsp vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix milk, protein powder, pudding powder, and vanilla extract in pint.
Freeze for 12-24 hours.
Let pint sit on counter for 10-15 mins before spinning.
Mix on light ice cream. Respin 2-3x. Add Cookie Butter Creamer in between spins.
Top off with protein cookie dough.
Enjoy!!

INGREDIENTS
Chicken
Chicken Broth
Onion
Italian Seasoning
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Pepper
Pepperoncini
Mild Giardiniera
French Rolls
Provolone
(measure with your heart)

INSTRUCTIONS
Warm olive oil in a skillet and place over medium-high heat.
Once the oil is hot, add in the chicken and cook, until golden brown
Immediately place onions in between the chicken and cook until fragrant. Once chicken is brown on one side, turn the chicken over and cook until golden brown on
the other side.
Transfer the chicken and onions to the slow cooker.
Sprinkle the italian seasoning, garlic powder and onion powder in the slow cooker. Next pepperoncini peppers with pepperoncini brine and drained giardiniera.
Gently stir mixture with a wooden spoon. Cover and turn the crockpot to low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.
Use a slotted spoon or tongs to transfer the chicken to a sheet pan and shred with two forks. Add the shredded chicken back to the slow cooker. Turn cooker to warm
Toast rolls in toaster oven or place in oven at 375F for 3-5 minutes. (If using cheese, put cheese on before toasting to get it all melty)
Fill roll with shredded chicken, pepperoncini, and giardiniera

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 c gf flour + 1 tbsp (to coat raspberries)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 c avocado oil
1/3 c applesauce
1/2 c coconut sugar
2 large eggs
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp lemon zest
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 c of dairy free milk
1 c fresh or frozen raspberries (do not thaw if frozen)

INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
In a medium bowl or mixer, combine sugar, applesauce, and avocado oil.
Add the eggs, milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring just until combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the bread tender.
Toss the raspberries in 1/2 tablespoon of gluten free flour to avoid sinking. Gently fold in the raspberries, being careful not to crush them. This prevents the batter from turning pink.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake for 50–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.

INGREDIENTS:
1 bag of Cauliflower Gnocchi
2-3 links of Chicken Sausage (italian)
1 bag of Broccoli

INSTRUCTIONS:
Line a sheet with parchment paper and set oven to 400F.
Toss frozen cauliflower gnocchi, sliced chicken sausage and broccoli in a bowl.
Drizzle olive oil or avocado oil over ingredients.
Spread ingredients evenly on sheet pan. Add seasonings if desired (recommend rosemary or thyme).
Cook for 20 mins with flipping food over halfway through.
Toss in a bowl or meal prep container.
Optional finishing touches: TJ balsamic glaze

Cook dinner with me!!! I’m making these super easy PINEAPPLE TERYAKI CHICKEN BOWLS!!!

INGREDIENTS:
The Sauce:
1⁄4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1⁄4 cup water
2 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1⁄4 teaspoon sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger
2 tsp cornstarch

For the Bowl:
1 pound chicken thighs or breasts (diced)
1 cups cooked white or brown rice
2 cups broccoli
1⁄2 cup of pineapple

INSTRUCTIONS
In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, water, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger and cornstarch.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of oil.
Add the chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
Once the chicken is cooked, pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken, stirring to coat.
Start with a base of cooked rice in each bowl.
Add a generous portion of teriyaki chicken.
Arrange the steamed or stir-fried vegetables and pineapple around the chicken.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, if desired.
